This a contract between James W. Moore, Prestige Training LLC.

Student agrees to prepay Instructor/Trainer on the 1st of every month for the above selected package. In the event of not starting instruction/training at the beginning of the month, the cost will be pro-rated weekly for the above selected package. In the event of cancellation of a lesson and/or training ride, a 24-hour personally delivered message, voicemail, or email notice must be given to Instructor/Trainer by Student to avoid full charges (the horse will be schooled by Instructor/Trainer that day if available or another day for a training ride or lesson that can be re-scheduled within one week).

If Student and/or their horse has a prolonged injury for more than 2 weeks as determined by a licensed medical doctor and/or a licensed veterinarian, Student will be released from this agreement by Instructor/Trainer. All other ailments, including lost horseshoe(s), will be considered a "No Fault" situation and will require full payment to Instructor/Trainer.

This agreement is considered to be automatically renewed for limitless consecutive months unless Student signs a another Prepaid Training Package Agreement or gives a 2 week written notice voiding this agreement. In the event Instructor/Trainer cannot fulfill this agreement for any reason, the Student will recieve a full refund for the services not performed.
